Peppermint has no interest in being subtle. It arrives, wakes you up, and gets on with things, which is exactly what you want from a morning bar.

We've balanced it with lemongrass, which adds a bright citrus clarity and stops the cool from becoming cold. Purple clay draws away impurities, and a scattering of heather buds nods to the Scottish landscape just outside the door.

Bracing, clean, and straightforwardly good.
